We help the client discharge their duties under the CDM regulations. This includes submission of the F10 notification, review of competencies of the team and site inspections to review health and safety compliance during construction.

Principal Designer- CDM & Building Regulations

We undertake the role of CDM Principal Designer which is responsible for overseeing the design and ensuring matters of health and safety are being considered at every stage of the project.

We also undertake the New Building Regulations Principal Designer role which involves communication and co-ordination with the design team to ensure the design work, if built, complies with building regulations.

CDM Principal Designer Advisor

We assist and provide advice to the appointed Principal Designer in discharging their duties under CDM Regulations. In some cases, the appointed Principal Designer may feel they do not have the necessary skills, knowledge training and experience to accept the appointment or they don’t have the resource capacity. We will act as a third-party consultant to help you deliver this role.
